“Black Triangles in the Sky” Almost Done

Even though there are still a few things that still are bugging me, the mix is almost done. It sure is handy just to save a mix and come back to it and continue from where you left off. Back in the “old analog days” when I could only work on one mix at a time and when I was finished the mix for the day, I would put a piece of cardboard over the mixer. This would keep the dust off the mixer but mainly prevent my cat (God rest his soul) from altering the mix from sleeping and walking on mixer. On more than one occasion (until I realized it wasn’t me), he totally pooched a mix.

I had another cat (God rest his soul as well) who would paw at the strings on my acoustic guitar when he got bored. I would be siting there watching TV or reading quietly when all of a sudden I would hear the sound of a guitar’s open strings being randomly played. My cat, the guitar player.
